I’m a finance executive with nearly 25 years of experience helping organizations grow, scale, and make smarter financial decisions.

My strong technical and leadership experience uniquely position me to offer services that are founded on delivering effective financial strategy, a path for operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. I enjoy building finance functions that not only support the business but are also a force multiplier capable of catapulting business performance to a higher level.

Over the course of my career, I’ve built and led finance teams, drove ERP and planning systems selection and implementation processes, scaled finance operations and built business analytics capabilities. During my career, I strategized and executed on 20+ M&A transactions, performing various activities ranging from initial market and financial diligence to post-acquisition integration and change management. I oversaw finance operations and led key strategic corporate initiatives during business hyper-growth and transformation periods. I led Financial Planning and Analysis and Investor Reporting functions, and helped secure more than $100 million in debt financing for a $1.2 billion PE-backed global professional services company. 

 

I’m passionate about using financial insight to support better decisions and long-term value creation. I believe the finance function works best when it combines strong analytical discipline with clear communication and collaboration across the organization. My goal has always been to help leaders see the full financial picture and translate that insight into practical strategy and actionable results.

 

I hold a Master of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Boise State University and am a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). I have also completed executive education programs in business analytics at the Wharton School and in CFO leadership at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

 

When not busy helping businesses to achieve their strategic goals, I enjoy spending time with her husband and 3 grown daughters. I love the outdoors, dancing, and exploring new cultures.
