I am a finance executive with over 25 years of experience helping organizations grow, scale, and make smarter financial decisions. I bring deep expertise in finance and accounting, combined with a strong leadership track record, to deliver effective financial strategies, drive operational excellence, and enable better decision-making across the business. With a builder’s and operator’s mindset, I focus on improving performance, accelerating growth, and enhancing enterprise value.

Throughout my career, I have built and led high-performing finance teams, implemented ERP and planning systems, and scaled operations while developing advanced business analytics capabilities. I am recognized for clear financial storytelling and a strong commitment to operational excellence. I have led more than 20 M&A transactions, including market and financial diligence, post-acquisition integration, and change management. As a CFO and seasoned FP&A leader, I have overseen all aspects of corporate finance and led strategic initiatives such as establishing centers of excellence, redesigning pricing frameworks, and raising $100 million in debt financing for a $1.2 billion private equity–backed global professional services company.

I am passionate about using financial insights to drive better business decisions and long-term value creation. I believe finance delivers the greatest impact when it combines rigorous analysis with clear communication and strong cross-functional collaboration. My goal is to help leaders understand the full financial picture and translate insights into actionable strategies and measurable results.

I hold a Master of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Boise State University, and I am a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). I have also completed executive education programs in business analytics at the Wharton School and Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three grown daughters. I love the outdoors, dancing, and exploring new cultures.
